Help me complete my research


I’m terribly embarrassed that I’ve left this blog untended for so long. I honestly didn’t mean to, but a combination of factors mean that I didn’t get started in earnest on the book until a couple of months ago.

I’m getting to the end of my research phase now, but am looking to harness the wisdom of the crowd to ensure I haven’t missed anything. Here’s what I need you to do:

  1. Review the chapter outlines
  2. Post a comment with any links that answer the questions on the relevant page

Spread the word - the contributors of any suggestions that I use will receive an acknowledgement in the book.
