A Code for Enterprise 2.0 Practitioners
Rex Lee suggests a three-line code for the new Enterprise 2.0 practioner:
- Value at all costs the personal impact of social computing
- People are not resources to be exploited
- Realize that the crowd is not always right
His argument for requiring such a code is that "the personal nature of social computing means we have a moral repsonsibility." He continues, citing experience where "…the beliefs, thoughts, ideas of individuals was more than just data and information. It was a representation of themselves personally."
I think Rex has started something interesting. I’m not sure where it will end up, but it will be worth tagging (no pun intended) along for the journey.
